DEAR LADIES AND GENTELMEN,

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the conference and official closing of the Erasmus+ project "BeMW – Be More Wise", which will take place on 29.11.2024 from 11:00 AM at the AWF Katowice.

Time flies and we cannot believe that it has been almost a year since we started our adventure with juggling among seniors. We hope that you will accept the invitation to participate in the event we are organizing.

During the closing, in addition to two lectures, there will also be juggling workshops* conducted by senior trainers trained during the project from the University of the Third Age in Łazy. On this day,  will also take place the premiere of the textbook "Exercise and maintain balance, and you will be able to do more" by PhD Izabela Zając-Gawlak, Professor AWF Katowice, the project manager and the entire undertaking.
